    This is the common strategy given by popular search engines for the site which has more votes by its theme based and content based sites. This voting method is happens when we getting inbound link from those sites. If our Theme and content is relevant to those sites we can get inbound links from that sites. Each single inbound links are consider as a vote and it will help to improve our PR.
